摘要

采用产品先期质量策划(APQP)对水性客车面漆开发项目进行了过程管理.APQP工具能够规范产品开发流程,显著提高项目开发的效率,更好地满足客户要求和期望.

Abstract

Advanced Product Quality Planning(APQP)was used to manage the process of waterborne bus topcoat development project.APQP can standardize the product development process,significantly improve the efficiency of project development,and better meet customer requirements and expectations.
