摘要

阐述了车身开闭件开孔锈蚀产生的原因,分别从板材选用、漏液孔设计、涂蜡等方面进行对策验证,为提升车身开闭件开孔防腐性能提供了明确的思路.

Abstract

In this paper,the reasons for the corrosion of the body opening and closing parts were explained,and the countermeasures were verified from the aspects of plate selection,leakage hole design,wax coating,which provided a clear idea for improving the anti-corrosion performance of the body opening and closing parts.
