摘要

阴极电泳成膜关键附属设备是直流电源,选择合适的直流电源能显著提高阴极电泳漆膜产品质量及稳定性,减少设备占地空间和后期生产运营成本。分布式整流电源由多个小型可移动单元构成,采用碳化硅分布式整流电源技术,能使余波变小,效率变高。

Abstract

The key accessory equipment of cathodic electrophoretic film formation is DC power supply.By selecting a suitable DC power supply,the quality and stability of cathodic electrophoretic film was significantly improved,the equipment space,production and operation costs were reduced.Distributed rectifier power supply consists of a number of small mobile units.Using silicon carbide distributed rectifier power supply technology can make the afterwave become smaller and the efficiency become higher.
