主要讨论了BFJ-006核电用可剥涂料人工老化前后机械性能的变化及氟、氯、硫、铝等有毒有害元素含量变化,并验证了BFJ-006核电用可剥涂料防火性能是否满足核级设备要求。结果表明:BFJ-006核电用可剥涂料具有良好的耐候性,人工老化500 h后机械性能不变;有毒有害元素含量低,不会对被保护基材产生任何影响;防火阻燃性为Class A,在设备受保护过程中不会成为一种助燃性材料。

The change of mechanical properties of BFJ-006 nuclear strippable coating after artificial aging and the content of toxic and harmful elements such as fluorine,chlorine,sulfur and aluminum were discussed.And whether the fire performance of BFJ-006 nuclear strippable coating met the requirements of nuclear equipment was verified.The results showed that the BFJ-006 nuclear peelable coating had good weather resistance,and its mechanical properties remain unchanged after artificial aging for 500 hours.With low content of toxic and harmful elements,the flame retardant property is Class A.It will not have any impact on the substrate to be protected or be a combustion-supporting material during the protection of equipment.
