摘要

以机器人胶形测试和PVC肥皂水吹试等方法为手段,通过对比试验,确定适应车间现场加工条件和稳定产品质量的PVC材料黏度和屈服值。通过胶形测试对不同黏度的PVC材料进行探究,确定现场施工的适宜相对黏度为8.7 Pa·s;通过胶形测试对不同屈服值的PVC材料进行探究,确定现场施工的适宜屈服值为380 Pa。

Abstract

Using the robot spray pattern and PVC soup water test,the relative viscosity and yield value of PVC material adapted to the field processing conditions and the stable product quality were determined.The PVC materials with different relative viscosity were explored by the spray pattern,and the appropriate relative viscosity of the site construction was 8.7 Pa's.The PVC material with different yield value were explored by the spray pattern,and the appropriate yield value was 380 Pa.
