海工装备钢结构涂装贯穿于整个海工装备建造过程,钢结构涂装成本在海工装备建造成本中占比较大。因此根据海工装备建造过程中涂装施工的现状,对海工装备建造涂装成本控制进行了探讨,围绕海工装备涂装成本构成中人员工效、涂料控制、施工管理、设备运行4个方面进行研究分析,为后续海工装备建造过程中涂装成本控制提供参考。

The steel structure coating of marine equipment runs through the entire construction process of marine equipment,and the cost of steel structure coating accounts for a relatively large proportion of the construction cost of marine equipment.Therefore,based on the current situation of coating construction in the construction process of marine equipment,cost control of coating in marine equipment construction was explored.The four aspects of personnel efficiency,coating control,construction management,and equipment operation in the cost composition of marine equipment coating were studied and analyzed,which provided reference for cost control in the subsequent construction process of marine equipment.
