摘要

由于常年处于海洋腐蚀环境中,海洋平台钢结构会发生腐蚀,腐蚀情况严重会影响海洋平台的安全正常运行,因此海洋平台防腐蚀工作成为关键施工。通过总结海洋平台涂装施工流程,对涂料施工前表面处理及涂料施工要求进行分析,探寻产生质量问题的原因并给出改进建议,为新建海洋平台涂装施工和质量提升提供参考。

Abstract

Because the offshore platform steel structure is corroded in the marine corrosive environment all the year round,the serious corrosion affect the safe and normal operation of the offshore platform,the offshore plaform anti-corrosion work becomes the key construction.The coating construction process of offshore plaform was summarized,the surface treatment and painting construction requirements before painting construction were analyzed,the causes of quality problems were explored,and improvement suggestions were given,which provided reference for the coating construction and quality improvement of new offshore platform.
