摘要

蔚来涂装试制线采用了硅烷前处理、水性阻尼涂料、水性中涂/色漆、碳纤维底板粘接等先进技术,结合国产的AEshuttle翻转机、干式喷漆室等先进设备,通过高度集成化设计,承载了新车型的试制任务,至今仍在应用。

Abstract

Adopted advanced technologies such as oxsilan pretreatment,waterborne lasd,waterborne primer/basecoat,CFRP body bonding process,and combined with advanced equipment such as domestic AE-shuttle conveyor and dry spray boot,The NIO coating trial production line depend on highly integrated design,carried the trial production task of new car-models,which is still in use today.
