摘要

通过对水性漆浸涂工艺可行性进行分析验证,明确整个浸涂过程中的基本工艺流程和工艺参数,详细阐述了水性漆浸涂过程中的关键步骤,通过与传统喷漆工艺的过程对比,突出了水性漆浸涂工艺在利用率提升和无废水方面所发挥的优势。

Abstract

Through the feasibility analysis and verification of the dip coating process,the basic process flow and process parameters of the whole dip coating process were defined.And the key process was described in detail.By comparison with the traditional painting process,the advantages of the dip coating process in improving the utilization rate and wastewater free process were highlighted.
