摘要

以某大型合资汽车厂涂装PVC喷涂线为例,以约束理论为指引,重点分析研究机器人喷涂瓶颈点和效能提升方式。通过硬件和工艺优化,实现产线机器人空闲节拍由254s降低至132s,从而在不增加机器人的基础上,实现机器人效能提升,人员优化。

Abstract

Taking the PVC spraying line of a joint-venture automobile factory as an example,and guided by the constraint theory,the bottleneck points and efficiency improvement methods of application were studied.Through the optimization of hardware and process,the idle beat of the PVC line robots was reduced from 254 s to 132 s,and the efficiency of the robot was improved,the people could be decreased without increasing the number of robots.
