摘要

本文利用水性石墨烯表面的羟基反应基团,通过原位聚合法合成了水性石墨烯/聚氨酯乳液,基于该乳液制备出具有吸波性能的功能涂层,系统测试了该涂层形貌、力学性能、电磁屏蔽性能以及吸波性能。利用红外光谱表明水性石墨烯上存在大量羟基,可作为聚氨酯原位聚合的反应基团,优化了原位聚合法中石墨烯最佳用量,并测试了涂层的电磁屏蔽效能和吸波性能。

Abstract

In this paper,an aqueous graphene/polyurethane emulsion was synthesized by in-situ polymerization using the hydroxyl reactive groups on the surface of aqueous graphene.Based on the emulsion,a functional coating with wave absorbing properties was prepared.The morphology,mechanical properties,electromagnetic shielding and wave absorbing performance of the coating were systematically tested.The infrared spectrum showed that there were a lot of hydroxyl groups on the water-based graphene,which could be used as the reactive group for in-situ polymerization of polyurethane.
