摘要

阐述了国家在新形势下对涂装行业提出的“绿色、环保”的政策要求,以建筑机械产品中的塔机和升降机产品为实例,采用静电粉末涂装和水性涂料涂装两种不同工艺模式的作业生产线,从工艺设备投资、能源消耗、原材料成本、设备运行成本、人力资源配置等几个方面进行分析对比。

Abstract

The policy of green and environmental protection put forward by the state for the coating industry under the new situation was expounded.Taking the tower crane and elevator products in the construction machinery products as examples,the production lines with two different process modes of electrostatic powder coating and water-based coating were used to analyze and compare from the aspects of process equipment investment,energy consumption,raw material cost,equipment operation cost and human resource allocation.
