摘要

针对白车身表面打磨印周边电泳后附着力差的问题,对工艺流程和材料进行排查,最终发现由于无磷脱脂剂和有磷脱脂剂在刻蚀保护方面的差异导致了打磨印周边附着力差的问题,措施为更换脱脂剂。

Abstract

Address the problem of poor adhesion around the sanding mark on the body-in-white surface after CED,the process and materials were investigated,and it was found that the adhesion problem around the sanding mark was caused by the difference in etching protection between phosphate-free degreaser and phosphate degreaser,the measure was to replace the degreaser.
