摘要

按照国家环保要求,结合西飞公司喷漆现场实际及飞机生产漆料性能,经过多次试验,开展有机废气净化处理工艺方法应用研究,寻求喷漆挥发性有机物(VOC)净化处理主要方法及工艺技术,按照实际情况推广使用UV光解+低温等离子、活性炭吸附+催化燃烧、沸石转轮+RTO技术,实现喷漆废气的净化处理,以保持生态平衡,保障人类健康。

Abstract

According to the national environmental protection requirements,combined with the actual painting site and the paint performance of aircraft production,the application research of organic waste gas purification treatment technology was introduced.the main methods and technologies of painting VOCpurification treatment were explored,and the UV photolysis+low temperature plasma,activated carbon adsorption+catalytic combustion,zeolite runner+RTO technology were applied to realize the purification treatment of painting waste gas,so as to maintain ecological balance and protect human health.
