摘要

引用MOST理论的人机工时标准,结合涂装制造工艺,建立涂装人机作业工时标准。根据新车型导入流程,开发工时设计软件,构建新车型工时设计体系。在新车型P/D阶段,运用工时设计软件,通过审查车型图纸,梳理新车型作业式样,分配作业内容,设定作业步骤,快速、准确得出要员作业工时,完成新车型要员的设定。

Abstract

Based on the standard of MOST theory and the manufacturing process of coating,the standard of man-machine operation working hours was established.by referencing the theory of the man-machine working hours standard.According to the introduction process of new model,the time design software was developed and the time design system of new model was constructed.In the engineering design of new models,using the working hour design software,by reviewing the model drawings,sorting out the operation patterns of the new model,assigning the operation content,setting the operation steps quickly and accurately get the working hours of the key,and completing the setting of the new model.
