摘要

介绍了轨道交通车辆涂装工序外包质量管控要点,通过油漆标准色板确认、油漆型式试验及例行试验确认、特殊过程工艺验证、开工质量门、工序交检、首件鉴定、质量里程碑活动实施管控,保证了交付产品的质量。

Abstract

The painting process key quality points of rail transit vehicles outsourcing process were introduced.To ensure the quality of delivered products through paint standard color plate confirmation,paint type test and routine test confirmation,special process process verification,starting quality gate,process inspection,first part identification and quality milestone activities.
