摘要

优选羟基型树脂为成膜物质,以碳酸钙、钛白粉颜填料补强,同时按一定工艺量加入防沉剂、流平剂、消泡剂、分散剂及润湿剂等助剂,研制出一款具有高硬度、耐沾污及抗黄变性优异的新型亚光白面漆。考察树脂和钛白粉原料的选型、固化剂与紫外线吸收剂等原料对聚氨酯木器涂料性能的影响。结果表明:该产品不仅拥有优异物理机械性能,而且具备较高性价比,完全能够满足一般家装市场需求。

Abstract

The matte gloss white topcoat with high hardness,stain resistance and excellent anti-yellowing resistance was developed by hydroxyl-type resin as the film-forming material,adding calcium carbonate,titanium dioxide,anti-settling agent,leveling agent,defoaming agent,dispersant and wetting agent.The effects of resin and titanium dioxide raw material selection,curing agent and UV absorber on the properties of polyurethane wood coatings were investigated.The results showed that the product not only had excellent physical and mechanical properties,but also had high cost performance,which could meet the needs of the general home improvement market.
