摘要

为了解决环氧富锌底漆环境适应性及防腐蚀问题,通过采用环氧树脂E44、改性腰果酚改性聚酰胺作为成膜树脂体系,以片状锌粉取代部分传统的球状锌粉,提高涂料防腐蚀性能。采用腰果酚缩水甘油醚活性环氧增韧剂对涂层进行增韧,在保持涂层性能的同时提高柔韧性。采用改性腰果酚改性聚酰胺作为固化剂,有效解决了涂料的环境适应性问题,制备了一种防腐蚀性能良好的环氧富锌底漆。该涂料还具有良好的施工适应性,冬季可低温固化,夏季温度高的条件下适用期长,涂膜干燥速度快。

Abstract

In order to solve the environmental adaptability and corrosion resistant of epoxy rich zinc primer,E44 epoxy resin and modified polyamide modified by cashew shell oil were used as film forming resin system,and flake zinc powder replaced part of traditional spherical zinc powder.The coating flexibility was improved by the use of cardanol glycidyl ether active epoxy toughening agent.As a curing agent of modified cashew oil modified polyamide as a curing agent,the environmental adaptability problem of coating was effectively solved,and a zinc-rich epoxy primer with good corrosion resistance was prepared.The coating also has good construction adaptability,can cure at low temperature in winter,and can be used for a long time at high temperature in summer,the paint film is drying fast.
