摘要

使用低T_(g)线型高分子量饱和聚酯LE07系列与高T_(g)高度支化中分子量饱和聚酯HE09系列,以PGDA/DBE/PMA/乙醇为溶剂,制备得到低黏度双组分固化涂料(2KPU).结果表明:其固化涂层在表干性、附着力、耐蒸煮性等方面具有优异的综合性能,该低黏涂料与传统的高分子量、高T_(g)饱和聚酯体系相比,可明显降低VOC排放.

Abstract

The low viscosity two-component curing coating(2K PU)was prepared by using a low T_(g) line high molecular saturated polyester LE07 series and a high T_(g) highly branched medium molecular saturated polyester HE09 series,with PGDA/DBE/PMA/ethanol as solvent.The results showed that the above 2K PU curing coating had excellent comprehensive properties in surface dryness,adhesion and boiling resistance etc.Compared with the conventional high molecular weight high T_(g) saturated polyester's 2K PU system,the above low viscosity coatings can significantly reduce VOC emissions.
