摘要

主要通过自由基聚合反应制备高固低黏型丙烯酸树脂,探讨了温度和引发剂、链转移剂的种类和用量等因素对丙烯酸树脂的黏度以及性能的影响.以该树脂为基料配制甲组分,以缩二脲为乙组分,制备了脂肪族丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料,并研究了涂料及涂层的性能.

Abstract

The synthesis and preparation of high-solid and low-viscosity acrylic resin by free radical polymerization were introduced.The influence of temperature,initiator,type and dosage of chain transfer agent on the viscosity and properties of acrylic resin was discussed.Using the resin as the base material to prepare the A component and the biuret as the B component,the aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating was prepared,and the properties of the coating and the coating were studied.
