摘要

基于南海海洋油气田开发平台的腐蚀控制工艺,阐述了海洋平台的腐蚀环境及腐蚀控制技术,介绍了海洋平台最新腐蚀控制改进措施,如环氧玻璃鳞片涂层的拓展应用、外加电流阴极保护与涂层联合防护取代牺牲阳极、水性涂料和熔结环氧(FBE)内涂层等的应用进展.

Abstract

Based on the corrosion control technology of offshore oil and gas field development platform in South China Sea,the corrosion environment and corrosion control technology of offshore platform were described.The latest corrosion control measures for offshore platforms were introduced,such as the extended application of epoxy glass flake coating,the replacement of sacrificial anode by the combined protection of applied current cathodic protection and coating,the application of water-based coating and the application of fusion bond epoxy(FBE)inner coating.
