摘要
主要讲述了一种清味抗划伤面漆的制备,甲组分由树脂、粉料、溶剂、助剂组成,乙组分由TDI、三聚体、BAC、XYL组成,丙组分由BAC、XYL、PMA、DBE组成;该漆成膜后漆膜光滑平整,气味低,手感俱佳,且有很高的硬度和抗划伤性,既提高了家具的使用寿命,又增强了家具的美感.
Abstract
The preparation of clean and scratch resistant finish was described,the A component consists of resin,powder,solvent and additives,the B component consists of TDI,trimer,BAC,XYL,the C component consists of BAC,XYL,PMA,DBE.The film is smooth,low odor,and has a high hardness and scratch resistance,which not only improve the service life of furniture but also enhance the beauty of furniture.
