摘要

当前U型双摆杆输送链以能实现自动化连续高效生产、速度调节范围广和入槽出槽角度大等优点,已在众多车企涂装车间得到成熟的应用,但在实际使用过程中由于现场工况的细微变化和维护方法的不当,还是会出现诸如摆杆与出入口交接滚床不同步和摆杆链自身不同步导致滑橇转接失败、车身坠槽、电泳打火和异物卡链等故障,给生产带来较为严重的影响.本文通过对这些故障进行深入分析,查出真因,依据不同情况采取相应有效措施,最终解决了此类问题.

Abstract

The current U-type double pendulum conveyor chain can realize automatic continuous and efficient production,wide range of speed regulation and large angle of slot into and out of the groove has been mature application in many car coating workshops,but in the actual use process due to the subtle changes in the field working conditions and improper maintenance methods,or there will be such as the swing rod and the entrance and exit of the delivery roller is not synchronized and the swing rod chain itself is not synchronized leading to the skid conversion failure,body drop groove,electrophoresis fire and foreign body card chain and other faults,to bring a more serious impact on production.In this paper,through inepth analysis of these faults,the true cause was found out,according to different situations to take corresponding effective measures,and the problems were solved.
