摘要

首先介绍了耐高温涂料的概念和种类,然后详述了有机硅树脂的结构、性能和其制备的耐高温涂料的研究情况,后续论述了在不同领域内如何正确地选择有机硅树脂,分析了不同牌号有机硅树脂热失重数据及颜色变化情况.最后,讨论了颜填料对涂层耐温性能的影响并对有机硅耐高温涂料在新环境、新要求、新发展的未来方向进行了展望.

Abstract

Firstly,the concept and types of high temperature resistant coatings were introduced,the structure and properties of silicone resins and the research of high temperature resistant coatings prepared were described in detail.Secondly,how to choose the silicone resin correctly in different fields was discussed,the thermogravimetry data and color changes of different grades of silicone resins were analyzed.Finally,the influence of pigments and fillers on the temperature resistance of coatings was discussed,and the future direction of silicone high temperature coatings in new environments,new requirements and new development was prospected.
