摘要

介绍了一次车身后侧围电泳漆膜条印问题的排查与解决过程,通过排查跟踪锁定硅烷工艺段影响,并逐步验证了硅烷槽液参数、电泳膜厚、增设硅烷出槽喷淋等措施,最终将条印问题彻底解决.

Abstract

In this paper,the investigation and solution the problem of electrophoretic paint film imprint on the rear side of the car body were introduced.The silane process section was locked,and measures such as the parameters of the silane bath,the thickness of the electrophoresis film,and the addition of the silane outlet spray were verified.The imprint problem was solved.
