摘要
隔音胶块作为空腔密封技术在汽车行业中已广泛应用,主要用于空腔阻断,降低噪声,阻止水气进入车内,从而提高汽车内的驾乘舒适性.隔音胶块在实际使用过程中会出现各种密封相关的问题,本文基于目前常用隔音胶块的设计,通过测试隔音胶块样块的声学性能,分析隔音胶块密封性能的影响因素和解决方案.
Abstract
As a cavity filling and sealing technology,sound insulation baffle have been widely used in the automotive industry.They are mainly used to block cavities,reduce noise,and prevent water vapor from entering the car,thereby improving the driving and riding comfort of the car.Various sealing-related problems will occur during actual use of the sound insulation baffle.Based on the conventional design of the existing sound insulation baffle,the influencing factors and solutions of the sealing performance of the sound insulation baffle by testing the acoustic performance of test sample of the sound insulation baffle were analyzed.
