摘要

结合自动控制原理、工艺控制的要求,分析了静电旋杯喷涂的喷幅控制应用,讨论了汽车涂装生产线出现色漆条纹问题的原因和对策措施.

Abstract

Combined with the automatic control principle,the process control requirements,the spray breadth of electrostatic high-rotation bell spay was analyzed.The reasons and countermeasures of coating's ribbing in automobile coating production line were discussed.
