摘要

通过对铝颜料表面进行不同的包覆处理,研究了不同包覆处理方式对铝颜料亲水性和析氢量的影响,以及包覆处理前后的不同铝颜料对水性汽车涂料中耐湿热后的附着力影响.研究表明:采用氨基硅烷偶联剂与正硅酸乙酯协同包覆处理的铝颜料包覆层致密,亲水性较好;采用该铝颜料的水性汽车涂料的涂层耐湿热后的附着力最好,达到0级.

Abstract

The effects of different coating methods on hydrophilicity and the amount of hydrogen produced of aluminum pigments were studied And the effect of different aluminum pigments coated on the adhesion of water borne automotive coatings after the moisture and heat resistance were studied.The results showed that the coating layer of aluminum pigment coated with aminosilane coupling agent and ethyl orthosilicate was dense and hydrophilic,the waterborne automobile coating with the aluminum pigment had the best adhesion after heat and humidity resistance,it reached grade O.
