摘要

从材料性能、烘房炉温、钣金变形方面分别对包边焊缝和搭接焊缝两种焊缝类型的胶开裂进行原因分析,确定了胶开裂的原因,并做出相应的对策,固化有效措施,从而消除密封胶开裂问题.

Abstract

The reasons for the sealant cracking of the two types of welding seams,the hemming weld and the lap weld were analyzed from the aspests of material properties,oven temperature and sheet metal deformation.The reasons for the sealant cracking were found,and corresponding countermeasures were made to solve the problem of sealant cracking.
