摘要

自主设计了一种基于工业大数据分析的水性溶剂监控系统,实时采集某车间水性溶剂耗量相关的数据,经数据预处理并提取特征,选取合适算法建模并训练模型,实现该车间水性溶剂耗量在线实时监控、主因分析等功能,为油漆车间溶剂降耗提供了数据依据.

Abstract

The water-based solvent monitoring system based on industrial big data analysis was independently designed,which collected data related to water-based solvent consumption in painting workshop.The features were extracted through data preprocessing,the appropriate algorithms were selected to build models and train models,and the functions of online real-time monitoring of waterborne solvent consumption and feature importance analysis were realized,which provided data basis for solvent consumption reduction.
