对车身外观面涂覆焊缝密封胶进行了研究,通过设备选型、涂装涂胶参数验证、车身造型设计、焊装折边结构胶涂覆、涂装涂胶后缺陷修复的验证研究,达成了密封良好、均匀一致、少瑕疵的外观面涂胶效果,在降低冲压难度的同时,保证了车身造型的美观性.

The weld sealant coated on the car body was studied.Through the equipment selection,sealant parameter validation,body modelling design,welding flange structural adhesive coating and sealant defect after validation,the well-sealed,uniform,and less defective appearance were reached,which not only reduce the difficulty of stamping,but also ensure the automobile body modelling beautiful.
