摘要

主要介绍了涂装电泳车身打磨点缺陷案例的排查与防控改善的方法,利用5Why质量工具对电泳车身打磨点产生的原因进行了研究、分析,最终通过对白车身质量、电泳漆膜粗糙度、辅具设计、接液工装四个方面的防控解决了电泳车身打磨点问题.

Abstract

Investigation and control of polishing point defects in coating electrophoresis body were introduced.The causes of polishing point defects were researched and analyzed by 5Why.The problem of electrophoresis body grinding points were solved by controlling of white body quality,roughness of the electrophoresis film,auxiliary equipment design and wetted tooling.
