摘要

通过Plant Simulation软件仿真模拟,对车间整体布局及工艺参数进行了虚拟验证,在规划阶段提前预判了产能瓶颈及设计冗余,有效规避了设备投产后的运行风险.通过建立仿真试验,对比不同工艺参数、不同产线配置的仿真结果,进行相应设计优化,降低了设备投资费用及运行能耗.

Abstract

Through Plant Simulation software simulation,the overall layout and process parameters of the workshop were virtual verified.In the planning stage,the capacity bottleneck and design redundancy were predicted in advance to avoid risk in production phase.Virtual experiment in software environment was implemented.Impacts of different allocation and process data was analyzed to optimize design which leads to lower investment cost and running cost.
