摘要

阐述了 H06-2、TB06-9和H06-1012H这三种底漆的成膜机理,通过喷涂于不锈钢0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti后漆层结合力的检测和与面漆配套应用喷漆试片的湿热试验,得出TS96-71氟聚氨酯无光磁漆与H06-1012H果绿色环氧聚酰胺底漆或TB06-9锌黄丙烯酸聚氨酯底漆配套喷涂于不锈钢0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti表面,均可得到性能优良的漆层,确定了不锈钢表面喷涂TS96-71氟聚氨酯无光磁漆所用的底漆.

Abstract

The film-forming mechanism of H06-2,TB06-9 and H06-1012H primers were described,and the adhesion of the coatings on stainless steel OCr15Ni5Cu2Ti was tested,and the wet-heat test was carried out on the coated specimens.The results showed that the coatings with good properties were obtained by spraying TS96-71 fluoropolyurethane matte enamel with green epoxy polyamide primer H06-1012H or TB06-9 zinc yellow acrylic polyurethane primer on stainless steel 0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti,the choice of primer for stainless steel surface spraying TS96-71 fluoropolymer matte enamel was solved.
