摘要

通过调整中涂材料中的表面调整剂、机器人的旋杯转速及优化机器人的喷涂速度,使中涂漆膜流平达到最佳状态.从改善中涂漆膜的橘皮问题来达到面涂漆膜外观品质的提升.

Abstract

In this paper,by adjusting the surface regulator of the intermediate coating material,the rotating speed of the robot and optimizing the spraying speed of the robot,the leveling of the intermediate coating film reached optimal state.The appearance quality of the surface coating film was promoted by improving the orange peel of the coating film.
