摘要

以聚氨酯乳液作为成膜物质,配以合适的颜填料及助剂体系,制备了一种新型水性可剥临时保护涂料。研究了乳液类型、颜基比以及剥离剂用量等对涂层性能的影响,通过测试,其性能指标达到技术要求,环保无污染,同时能够满足常见基材表面的临时保护且易被剥离。

Abstract

The new type of water-based peeling temporary protective coating was prepared by using polyurethane emulsion as film forming material with suitable fllers and auxiliary systems.The effects of emulsion type,face base ratio and amount of stripping agent on the properties of the coating were studied,and the overall properties were tested.It is environmentally friendly and pollution-free,and can meet the temporary protection of common substrate surfaces and is easy to be peeled off.
