高速公路安全岛的岛头和岛尾一般涂装黑黄相间的反光涂料,由于涂料配套体系、涂装工艺、各厂家反光漆性能的差异和承包商综合成本的考虑,导致该类工程项目的质量差别较大。本文主要通过对反光涂料的施工性、涂层配套体系和施工工艺的分析,希望提高高速公路安全岛涂装的工程质量。

The island head and island tail of the highway safety island are generally painted with black and yellow reflective paint.At present,due to the coating supporting system,coating process,the differences in the performance of reflective paints of various manufacturers and the consideration of the contractor's comprehensive cost,the quality of such projects varies greatly.The constructability of reflective coatings,coating supporting system and construction technology were analyzed and discussed,hoping to improve the engineering quality of highway safety island coating.
