在水性环氧体系中,分散剂能对其造成诸多影响,不仅体现在对颜料的润湿分散性和涂料的防腐性能,而且对涂料的贮存稳定性也会造成影响。由于分散剂的分子链基团复杂,较多的分散剂存在可与环氧反应的基团,对涂料的耐水性能、贮存稳定性均有影响,本文探究了分散剂对水性环氧涂料性能的影响,以及如何选择一款合适的分散剂。

In the aqueous epoxy system,dispersants can cause many effects on it,not only reflected in the wetting dispersion of pigments and the anti-corrosion performance of coatings,but also affect the storage stability of coatings.Due to the complex molecular chain groups of dispersants,there are more dispersants that react with epoxy groups,which have an impact on the water resistance and storage stability of the coating.The effect of dispersants on the performance of waterborne epoxy coatings and how to choose a suitable dispersant were explored.
