摘要

介绍了套色喷涂在乘用车、客车及轨道交通等领域的应用场景及常见的工艺路线,并对客车图案套色喷涂的特点、工艺路线、常见图案漆膜问题及解决思路进行了重点分析。

Abstract

The application scenarios and common process routes of multi-color spraying in the fields of passenger cars,buses and rail transit were introduced.The characteristics,process routes,common pattern paint film problems and solutions of the bus pattern color spraying were analyzed.
