摘要

通过试验研究超滤膜分离技术在电泳涂装中的具体场景,在实验室模拟现场制备了新鲜的超滤液,然后采用p H计和电导率仪测定超滤液参数,用气相色谱仪分析有机小分子成分,用X射线荧光分析仪测定元素成分,多种方法相结合测定了超滤透过液具体组分,使用超滤技术实现了电泳后循环闭合清洗,减少了废水产生量,提高了涂料利用率,实现了对电泳槽液和漆膜品质的管控。

Abstract

Through studying on the ultrafiltration membrane separation technology in the electrophoretic painting concrete scene,the fresh ultrafiltrate was prepared in the laboratory simulation.Then ultrafilate parameters were determined using pH meter and conductivity meter,organic small molecule components were analyzed by gas chromatograph,and element components was determined by X-ray fluorescence analyzer.A variety of methods combined to determine the the specific components of ultrafiltration fluid?so that the ultrafiltration technology to achieve the closed cleaning afterelectrophoresis,reduce the wastewater production and improve the utilization rate of paint The control of the electrophore sistank liquid and paintfilmquality wasrealized.
