摘要

阐述了汽车PVC密封胶条在不同状态下出现开裂现象的可能原因,主要从密封胶材料体系、烘烤时间、车身结构应力、自然环境、涂胶工艺等方面分析影响因素,并针对性地提出相应措施,抑制PVC密封胶开裂的质量缺陷。

Abstract

The possible causes of cracking of PVC sealant in different states were described.The influencing factors were analyzed from the sealant material system,baking time,structural stress,natural environment,coating process and other aspects.And corresponding measures were put forward to restrain the quality defects of PVC sealant cracking.
