摘要

密封胶工序是涂装工艺中作业人数最多、工时计算最复杂的一道工序。本文从密封胶的作业类型出发,探讨形成密封胶作业工时模块化和密封胶定员模型,为新车型导入时密封胶工序定员及车型规格变化时是否需要增员提供依据。

Abstract

Sealant process is a process with the largest number of operators and the most complicated calculation of working hours in the coating manufacturing process.From the operating type of sealant,the working hours modularization of sealant operations and the sealant manpower capacity mode were discussed.Based on the research above,it provided a corresponding basis for the manpower capacity of the sealant process when the new model is introduced and whether it is necessary to increase the staff when the model specification changes.
