介绍了影响涂装油漆车身一次下线合格率因素,主要有现场工艺、质量标准、现场管理方式、人员操作技能熟练度等,通过与高水平涂装工厂对比,找到了我公司需要提升的方向。

Abstract

The influencing factors of the qualified rate of painted car body including on-site process,quality standard,on-site management mode,personnel operation skill proficiency,etc.By comparing with the high-level painting factory,the direction that our company needs to improve was found.
