摘要

针对涂装电泳槽底部裸阳极的短期高腐蚀事故进行研究,从阳极本身材质、阳极做工与防护、阳极管壁厚、阳极电流几个方向研究底部裸阳极的耐腐蚀性,对电泳槽内的裸阳极维护给出建议。

Abstract

In this paper,short-run high corrosion accidents of the anode without anolyte cell at the bottom of the oating electrophoresis tank were studied.The corrosion resistance of the anode without anolyte cell at the bottom was studied from the aspects of anode material,anode process control and protection,anode tube wall thickness and anode current,and suggestions were given for the maintenance of the bare anode in the electrophoresis tank.
