The KKS coding system was introduced into the automotive painting workshop,thus a unique ID code of painting equipment was accomplished,which solved the problems of inconsistent information and inaccurate description in the process of design,construction and operation of painting workshop.The specific coding methods for each code segment of non-standard equipment,conveyor equipment and electronic control equipment were put forward,and examples were given and explained in detail.
