摘要

使用15个碳的长链腰果壳油,通过成盐法合成水性醇酸树脂,并用这种水性醇酸树脂作为基料,制备出水性醇酸涂料;该产品柔韧性轻松达到1级,即使厚涂的情况下弯曲强度也可达到1 mm,耐冲击性可达80~100 cm,耐盐雾、湿热、耐水时间平均能提高25%~30%,并且干燥时间尤其是实干时间也缩短至15~16 h,综合性能提高明显。

Abstract

Using a long chain cashew nut shell oil of fifteen carbons,the waterborne alkyd resin was synthesized by salt forming method,and the waterborne alkyd resin was used as the base material to prepare the waterborne alkyd paint.The flexibility of the product can easily reach level 1.Even in the case of thick coating,the bending strength can reach 1 mm,and the impact strength can reach 80~100 cm.The salt fog resistance,damp heat resistance and water resistance time can be increased by more than 25%~30%on average,and the drying speed,especially the solid drying speed,can also be shortened to 15~16 hours,the comprehensive performance was significantly improved.
