摘要

为了解决超耐候涂层耐冲击性能差的问题,延长涂层服役期,通过酯化反应将聚己内酯引入以新戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、间苯二甲酸为主体的聚酯树脂配方中,控制聚己内酯的加入量来合成超耐候聚酯树脂。试验结果表明:聚己内酯会降低树脂黏度和玻璃化转变温度,当聚己内酯添加量为6%时,涂层具有优异的抗反冲性能,耐水煮性能和耐温性能不受影响,涂层仍然具有较好的耐候性能。

Abstract

In order to improve the reverse impact resistance of super weather resistance coating,polycaprolactonewasintroduced into the polyester resin formula composed of neopenty1l glycol,trimethylolpropane and isophthalic acid by esterification.The results showed that polycaprolactone reduced the viscosity and glass transition temperature of the resin.The powder coating prepared by polyester resin with 6%polycaprolactone presented excellent reverse impact ability resistance.The incorporation of polycaprolactone presented little influence on boiling water resistance and heat resistance.The coatings still had a good performance on weather resistance.
