摘要

通过对聚天门冬氨酸酯胶衣体系中分散剂的筛选及优化,浅析分散剂对风电叶片胶衣施工性能影响。本试验选取6款分散剂制备胶衣,经过综合性能分析得出结论:分散剂D单独使用即可达到较好的施工性能;分散剂E和分散剂F在复配H18时能够达到较好的施工性能。

Abstract

Through the screening and optimization of dispersant in polyaspartate gelcoat system,the influence of dispersant on the construction performance of wind turbine blade gelcoat was analyzed.In this experiment,six dispersants were selected to prepare gelcoat.After comprehensive performance analysis,it was concluded that D can achieve better construction performance when used alone.E and F can achieve better construction performance when combined with H18.
