摘要

介绍了铸件面漆起泡气体的来源,采用一系列试验对铸件面漆起泡的影响因素进行分析,最终得出了铸件面漆起泡的主要原因,通过铸件毛坯先进先出、涂装上线时间调整、涂装工艺优化等措施,铸件面漆起泡问题得到了有效控制。

Abstract

The source of foaming of casting topcoat was introduced,and the influencing factors of foaming of casting topcoat were analyzed by a series of experiments.Finally,the main causes of foaming of casting topcoat were obtained.The foaming problem of casting topcoat was effectively controlled by the measures of first-in,first-out of casting blank,adjustment of painting time and optimization of painting process.
