摘要

某型飞机为了标记燃油加注量以及飞机满载状态时的起落架活塞杆外筒位置,在起落架活塞杆铬镀层表面镀覆了两条黑铬标记线。飞机大修过程中发现,由于黑铬标记线存在一定厚度,活塞杆在恢复黑铬标记线后的行程-压力试验过程中,存在压力曲线不合格的问题,极端情况下黑铬标记会影响活塞杆正常动作。本文研究了一种铬镀层激光标记方法,代替传统黑铬标记技术,并对两种标记方法进行了对比试验。

Abstract

In order to mark the fuel filling amount and the position of the landing gear piston rod outer cylinder when the aircraft was in a fully loaded state,two black chromium marking lines were plated on the surface of the landing gear piston rod chromium coating.During the aircraft overhaul process,it was found that due to the presence of a certain thickness of the black chromium marking line,the pressure curve of the piston rod during the stroke pressure test after restoring the black chromium marking line was found to be unqualified.In extreme cases,the black chromium marking can affect the normal operation of the piston rod.A laser marking method for chromium coating replacing traditional black chromium marking technology was studied,and the two marking methods were compared.
